Responsibilities

  • Handle GA related daily operations at the office.
  • Submit and coordinate office maintenance requests with the building management company.
  • Maintain lease equipment, office supplies, cellular phones and office keys.
  • Register and manage security access cards.
  • Create and issue employee  / Order business cards.
  • Prepare and submit expense forms via workflow system.
  • Manage company vehicles, including arranging car washes and routine maintenance.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Order and replenish office supplies.
  • Obtain D&B report from the website upon requests from sales departments.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of internal company events.
