Medical Records Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Records Clerk to join our team. This role involves managing employee records, both electronic and paper, to ensure they are organized, maintained, and utilized effectively. You will be responsible for scanning, indexing, and uploading these records while adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.

• Scan, index, and upload employee records.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper employee records.
• Receive and maintain storage files for scanning and data entry.
• Query electronic record and tracking systems.
• Understand and manage employee file documentation with a focus on privacy and confidentiality.

• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare or a related field for managing employee files.
• High School Diploma (HSD) or General Education Development (GED).
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in using scanning technology.

• Experience with HR employee file documentation identification is preferred.

This is a day shift position from 8 AM to 5 PM, located on-site in Torrance, CA. It is strictly a temporary role with the potential for renewal.

This is a Contract position based out of Torrance, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Torrance,CA.
