Philanthropy Operations Manager – Providence Health & Services
Reporting directly to the CPO, the Senior Program Coordinator – Foundation Operations and Special Projects is responsible for leading and coordinating all foundation operational functions, special projects, and events.
Responsibilities- Develop in depth the annual strategic plan for the foundation.
- Manage all board and committee activities as assigned.
- Oversee financial processes and related reporting.
- Administer Kronos, overall office management and scheduling of meetings.
- Collaborate with HR on key hiring and staffing decisions.
- Proficiently use the DREAM database and other systems.
- Possibly manage office administrators or other team members.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in fund development, event management, or directly related work.
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing or coordinating projects.
- Experience with database management, MS Word, Word Perfect, and Excel.
