Job Description

Position Overview The PLL is seeking a Content Creator/Editor to shoot, produce, and edit content across PLL and WLL owned and operated, sponsored, and broadcast distribution channels.

Roles and Responsibilities Edit content for all PLL and WLL social media platforms, including Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Threads, Facebook, and Youtube.

Edit content for distribution across sponsored partner channels, including Champion, Whirlpool, Gatorade, etc.

Edit in-game highlights during event game weekends

Edit short and long form content for utilization within ESPN game broadcasts, features, music montages, and teases.  Shoot game highlights, locker room content, practice footage, and sit-down interviews during event weekends and feature shoots on location.  Log, tag and deliver footage for PLL archives as well as pull select footage on behalf of PLL departments, sponsors, and broadcast partners.

Requirements/Skills/Abilities Minimum bachelor’s degree required

Ability to create, develop, and execute compelling ideas that will drive engagement across PLL and WLL digital channels as well as ESPN game broadcasts.

Edit proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

Skilled in operating a variety of cameras to capture game highlights, interviews, and supplementary feature content.

Fundamental knowledge of lighting techniques for press conferences and interview content.

Strong collaboration and time management skills.

Experience in sports production; knowledge of lacrosse is a plus
