Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Torrance, CA (Hybrid, once a week onsite)
Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Classification: Non-Exempt, Full-Time, Direct-Hire
A rapidly growing global company in the finance industry is seeking a Japanese bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their expanding team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in a professional and supportive environment. - Provide exceptional customer service to business clients in both English and Japanese.
- Assist managers with client communication, documentation, proposals, research, and vendor coordination.
- Process account‑related requests, such as adjustments, invoicing, and documentation.
- Support client renewals, new account setups, and competitive bids in collaboration with the client support team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to further develop industry knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture by being proactive and detail‑oriented.
- Bilingual in Japanese and English – business‑level proficiency required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical and detail‑oriented mindset.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
