As our RDA, you will work directly with our pediatric dentists to assist with a variety of dental procedures and help our young patients have a pleasant experience each time they visit.

• Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort.
• Educate parents and children about proper oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits, making learning engaging and accessible.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, strictly adhering to infection control protocols to ensure patient safety.
• Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments as needed to support preventive care.
• Provide post-treatment instructions to patients and parents, ensuring they understand aftercare recommendations.

• Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) License and certification.
• Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process.
• Willingness to work 2 Saturdays a month.

• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring dental procedures are carried out accurately and effectively.
• Knowledge of behavior modification techniques and child psychology is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and their families.
