This role offers a competitive pay package that includes a guaranteed base salary plus a percentage of production.

• A Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatric Dentist to join our growing team of Pediatric Dental Specialists & Orthodontists in Los Angeles, Orange County & Inland Empire.

• DDS/DMD degree.
• Pediatric certificate degree from an accredited dental school in the U.S.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification.
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• IV weekly with a dedicated team of anesthesiologists.

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with the entire office team to promote trust, connection, and relationship with patients and one another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment.
