FAA Senior Engineering Technician

We have an outstanding Contract position for an bzw FAA Senior Engineering Technician to join a leading Company located in Torrance, CA
.

Pay Rate: $39.22 - тяж 41.97

• Studies and records time Transit motion, methods, and speed to improve efficiency and establish a standard production rate in the performance of maintenance, production, clerical, and other worker operations.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• May direct and lead the work of others.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typical shift hours will be 8am - 5pm / M-F.
• Will need to be open to overtime and occasional Saturday work.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 4-6 years of experience in the field.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Metallographic sample prep experience
• Knowledge of NADCAP and Aerospace specifications/testing methods
• Able to learn new testing techniques and adapt to changing workloads
