Providence Medical Associates is seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join our team in Torrance, CA. The position is full‑time and offers a supportive, cohesive work environment with mentorship for new physicians. You will play a key role in delivering high‑quality care while rotating across multiple urgent care sites.
Schedule- 14–15 12‑hour shifts per month
- 2–3 weekend shifts per month
- Coverage across four sites:
Torrance (main), Manhattan Beach, Carson, and San Pedro
- Torrance, CA (main site)
- Manhattan Beach, CA
- Carson, CA
- San Pedro, CA
- Licensed physician in the state of California
- Experience in Family Medicine is required; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable providing care to pediatric patients
- Interest in partnership track within a 200‑provider multi‑specialty group focused on wellness and work‑life balance
$125.00 to $138.00 per hour, plus potential productivity bonuses, quality incentives, call stipends, shift incentives, and a CME allowance. Compensation is subject to variation based on factors noted above and is provided in accordance with state law.
