A premier hospital in Torrance, CA is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a well-established, collegial team in a 32-bed Level III NICU with outstanding pediatric subspecialty support.

• Setting: 32-bed Level III Community NICU

• Daily Census: 12 newborns

• Collaborative Team: Work alongside pediatric surgery, cardiology, GI, and ENT subspecialists

• Clinical Focus: Direct patient care, family counseling, and newborn services

• Quality Initiatives: Participate in the California Perinatal Quality Care Collaborative

• Schedule: Balanced 24/7 in-house coverage within a highly supportive team

• Location: Beautiful South Bay region of Los Angeles County

• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

• Compensation: $240,000 $ 300,000 annually (DOE)

• Relocation: Required if not local must reside in the immediate area

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine

• CA License or Willing to obtain

• DEA or Willing to obtain

• Clean malpractice & license history

• Willing to provide 24/7 in-house coverage

• Relocation status must be local or willing to relocate
