Job Overview

We are searching for highly motivated, mechanically inclined individuals to join our growing Field Service team. In this position, you will play a direct role in completing planned and reactive service operations on our generators. In this position, you will play a key role in maintaining system uptime, availability, and performance for deployed units on customer sites in a specific region.

You will train at our headquarters in Menlo Park, CA, and be assigned to a particular service region requiring travel. For those inclined, there are ample growth opportunities within Mainspring, and we offer full benefits, including vacation and sick time, 401K, and pre-IPO stock options.
