BEPC is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer with hands‑on experience in 5‑axis CNC programming to support aerospace manufacturing operations. This role focuses on creating and supporting NC programs using NX CAM (or similar software) for precision aluminum aerospace components. The ideal candidate has exposure to multi‑axis milling, understands machining fundamentals, and is comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment under established guidelines.

• Create NC programs for aerospace components using NX CAM or similar programming software
• Program and support 3‑axis, 4‑axis, and 5‑axis CNC milling machines
• Support machining operations for aluminum aerospace parts in compliance with product specifications
• Assist with manufacturing process planning, including workflow, equipment layout, and efficiency optimization
• Select appropriate cutting tools and assist in the design and creation of work holding fixtures
• Determine tooling and part requirements to meet manufacturing objectives
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to machining efficiency and production processes
• Work closely with manufacturing and engineering teams under established procedures and supervision

Required:

• Experience programming three‑, four‑, and five‑axis CNC mills
• Experience using NX CAM or comparable NC programming software
• Experience machining aluminum aerospace components
• Experience selecting cutting tools and supporting fixture development

Preferred:

• Experience supporting or programming manufacturing leads
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in NC programming, CNC machining, or manufacturing engineering

Bill Rate: $45.91 – $51.02/hr.

Schedule:

Full‑time, standard business hours
