Salary $60,000 - $70,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled Revit/CAD Drafter to join our engineering team. This is a permanent position for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the intricacies of the engineering industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and blueprints for our industrial and commercial projects, including those involving high voltage.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of working on diverse projects.

• Creating and modifying detailed drawings using Revit and CAD software from model, sketches, layouts, and notes provided by our engineers.
• Utilizing Bluebeam, DSH, and Calvet tools to create high-quality engineering drafts.
• Preparing demolition, site plans, and utility plans with accuracy and precision.
• Applying your knowledge of Civil 3D to develop innovative solutions for complex design challenges.
• Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates for projects using CSI software.
• Collaborating with the engineering team to ensure all drawings are up-to-date and comply with company standards and project requirements.
• Reviewing and checking drawings for dimension and accuracy.
• Providing technical support to the team as needed.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, DSH, and Calvet software.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, and high voltage projects.
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, including demolition, site plans, and utility plans.
• Experience with Civil 3D and CSI software.
• Strong skills in cost estimating for engineering projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce high‑quality work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem‑solving and the ability to think critically and creatively.
