We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Permanent Senior Systems Engineer in the Tech Services industry. The successful candidate will be a key player in the design, development, testing, and implementation of complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MBSE and a proven track record of managing complex technical projects.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems using MBSE methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Conduct system-level testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of the system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and defects.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, test plans, and user manuals.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in systems engineering and MBSE methodologies.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality and effectiveness of the systems.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our systems engineering processes and practices.

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, computer science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on MBSE methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing complex technical projects from conception to completion.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
• Proficient in using MBSE tools and software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
