Castelion is seeking an Avionics Reliability Engineer to own environmental qualification and reliability validation across our avionics hardware. This role focuses on developing reliability test strategies, including HALT/HASS campaigns, and driving improvements through failure analysis.
You will work hands-on with avionics design and manufacturing teams to mature flight hardware, specify test equipment, and document results and ECOs to ensure long-term performance and compliance.
