  • Responsible for general ledger and all related accounts, ensuring accurate documentation and records of all organizational transactions across multiple entities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review balance sheets and account reconciliations for discrepancies or unusual items, investigating issues as needed.
  • Advise senior management on financial irregularities and provide solutions.
  • Approve and ensure timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, manage wire transfers, and maintain accounts.
  • Reconcile specific current assets and liability accounts monthly.
  • Ensure all tax records and filings comply with relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support financial decision‑making by developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures.
  • Help protect organizational assets by enforcing internal controls.
  • Provide updates on financial performance by analyzing, interpreting, and reporting key financial data.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable laws by tracking regulatory changes and advising management accordingly.
  • Assist in supervising and developing accounting staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to the overall team effort by supporting related activities as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Undertake special projects or other duties as assigned by management.
