We seek a motivated and detail-oriented Loan Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will guide clients through the loan application process, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and possess excellent negotiation and sales skills to help clients secure the best loan options.

100% commission-based, potentially earning over $100,000 or more per year. Access to referral partners to develop relationships and receive leads.

• Assess client financial situations and advise on suitable loan products.
• Manage the loan origination process from application to closing, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct thorough credit analysis and review financial statements to determine eligibility for loans.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of loans with clients while adhering to Fair Housing regulations and TILA guidelines.
• Collaborate with underwriting, escrow, and mortgage servicing teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FNMA guidelines and current market trends in the financial services industry.
• Use accounting and financial software tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations and internal policies.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and mortgage servicing practices.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful financial sales.
• Proficient in basic math skills and 10-key typing for efficient data entry.
• Familiarity with contracts related to lending agreements is advantageous.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
