Well known, financial services organization located near the South Bay is looking for an Accounting Manager on a contract-to-hire basis (hybrid schedule). The Accounting Manager will handle the day-to-day accounting and finance functions for the organization. Duties for the Accounting Manager include reviewing and processing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes. The Accounting Manager will also manage cash flow and financial reporting, prepare fiscal budgets and financial reports, account & bank reconciliation, G/L management, and participate in internal and external audits.

$50.00/hr - $55.00/hr

• Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• At least six years of corporate accounting and finance experience, with at least two in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience with in a financial services institution (i.e., bank, credit union, insurance, investment management, etc.) or real estate company is required.
• Engaging personality with excellent communication and management skills.
• Pay, $50 - 55/hr, $110 - 130k upon hire.
