This is an exceptional opportunity for a Permanent Tax Supervising Senior to join a dynamic and fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the tax planning and tax accounting operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy and compliance with all tax regulations and standards. The successful candidate will have a strong background in tax planning and supervising tax associates, with a proven track record of managing and leading a team to success.

This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of tax planning and tax accounting operations in compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Supervise and manage a team of tax associates, providing them with guidance, training, and support to ensure they are able to perform their duties effectively.
• Review and approve tax returns and other tax documents prepared by the team.
• Develop and implement effective tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure tax efficiency.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations and ensure the company's tax policies and procedures are updated accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide tax advice and guidance on business decisions and transactions.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all tax reports and filings.
• Handle tax audits and resolve tax disputes in a timely and effective manner.
• Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement within the tax department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and tax accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Proven experience in supervising and managing a team of tax associates.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient in tax software and other relevant computer applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive and able to take initiative in resolving issues and improving processes.
