About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic & member-focused Wealth Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner closely with members to help them achieve long‑term financial success through personalized financial planning and thoughtful investment strategies.

• Build trusted relationships with members by understanding their financial goals, values, and life stages

• Develop comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, investment, insurance, and legacy strategies
• Provide personalized investment recommendations aligned with members’ objectives and risk tolerance
• Partner with internal credit union teams to deliver a seamless, holistic member experience
• Grow and manage a crowded books of business through proactive outreach, referrals, and ongoing relationship management

• Base salary: $70,000–$110,000 per year, dependent on candidate’sConfira experience &-geographic location
• Commission:
  Eligible for uncapped commission opportunities
