An East LA manufacturer is looking for a Finance Manager to add to their team. The Finance Manager will be responsible for reporting, financial modeling, KPIs, and heavy data analysis. To be successful in this role the Finance Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have executive presentation. Does this sound like you or someone you know?

What do you need for this Finance Manager role?
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance  8+ years of FP&A experience   Must currently have Finance Manager experience   Advanced Excel   Manufacturing experience ideal
What will you do in this Finance Manager role?
Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
Lead the annual budgeting process and long-term strategic projections.
Perform variance analysis (actuals vs. budget/forecast) and present findings to leadership.
Partner with department heads to align with strategic initiatives.
Track and communicate key business KPIs and operational metrics.
Support the launch of new products through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Prepare management and board-level presentations.
Create dashboards and performance tracking reports.
Translate complex data into clear insights for non-financial audiences.
Drive process improvements and automation within FP&A systems and tools.
Act as a finance business partner to operational leaders.
Ensure alignment across Finance and the rest of the organization.
