Your Day-to-Day

• Facility Visits: Travel to home health patients and skilled nursing facilities to perform wound care rounds, collaborate with healthcare teams, and deliver essential patient care. Early morning starts may be required.
• Wound Care Expertise: Provide expert care for chronic, surgical, and dermatologic wounds. Duties include bedside debridement, dressing changes, and G-tube care (with training available if needed).
• Detailed Documentation: Keep accurate and timely records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure the highest level of care.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience: Wound Care Certification and the non-negotiable experiences – at least 2 years of experience with sharp/surgical wound debridement, G-tubes (insertion & replacement), and working with home health & skilled nursing facilities.
• Independent & Motivated: You’ll need to be self-driven, an excellent communicator, and able to work autonomously.
• Licensure: Must have an active California NP, DO, MD, or PA license.
• Availability: willing to drive and see patients at home health and skilled nursing facilities in different locations.
• Locations: Culver City, Long Beach, Torrance, and San Pedro

From $100.00 per hour

• Wound care: 2 years (Required)
• Sharp/surgical wound debridement: 2 years (Required)
• Feeding Tube Management and Replacement: 2 years (Required)
• Skilled Nursing Facility rounds: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• WCC (Preferred)
• California NP, PA, MD or DO license (Required)
• PA-C (Required)
• NP-C (Required)
• Board certified MD license (Required)

Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
