PHARMACY TECH - FULL TIME
Del Amo Behavioral Health System (a subsidiary of UHS) invites applicants for the Pharmacy Technician (Full Time) position. The role supports the Director of Pharmacy and Staff Pharmacists by compounding, filling, and dispensing pharmaceutical preparations in the hospital pharmacy in compliance with State, Federal, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
Responsibilities- Assist the Director of Pharmacy and Staff Pharmacists in compounding, filling, and dispensing pharmaceutical preparations at the hospital pharmacy.
- Maintain accurate documentation and inventory of medications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Provide minimum availability for three shifts per month, including weekdays (Mondays and Fridays) and one weekend shift.
- Completion of a pharmacy technician vocational course/program.
- Current licensure/registration as a Pharmacy Technician through the State of California Board of Pharmacy.
- Availability to work at least three shifts per month (including Monday, Friday, and one weekend shift).
