Description
The Patient Services Specialist – Lead Level provides leadership and operational support to the front‑office team. The Lead PSS can perform all aspects of the Associate, Journey, and Senior PSS roles, serves as an informal coach, and is responsible for shift coordination, issue resolution, training, and championing key initiatives aligned with clinic goals and patient care standards.

Required qualifications- 4 years of related experience in medical office or healthcare, or
- 3 years of experience as a Providence employee in a related position.

Posted are the minimum and maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined by relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Base pay: $24.00 – $35.77. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, and bonuses.
