Base pay range$72,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr
OverviewAre you a people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-location environment? We’re looking for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to join our team and support both our corporate office and restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll be a trusted business partner and play a critical part in shaping our culture, supporting our leaders, and ensuring compliance across the organization.
From employee relations to onboarding, benefits, compliance, and training, you’ll be hands-on in every area of HR.
- Serve as the go-to resource for HR functions including employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, policy compliance, and HRIS management.
- Conduct on-site visits to multiple restaurant locations to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations.
- Partner with managers to coach, guide, and resolve employee relations issues.
- Administer leave programs, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and other employee programs.
- Help foster a positive workplace culture by promoting engagement initiatives and supporting leadership development.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience (5+ years as an HR Generalist).
- Solid knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in hospitality or multi-unit environments is a plus.
- Ability to travel regularly to multiple sites to support our growing restaurant operations.
