SELECTION PROCEDURE:This is an OPEN recruitment to establish an eligibility list and fill a vacancy. An eligibility list will be created from this recruitment and will be used to fill permanent vacancies which may occur during the life of the eligibility list.
This position is full-time, 12 months per year.
The recruitment process will consist of a written examination and an oral technical interview, which are tentatively scheduled during the weeks of February 2-13, 2026

Under the direction of the Director-Human Resources or Chief Personnel Officer, perform complex and technical duties related to the personnel functions involving District’s employees; process the personnel data for input into the Human Resource System (HRS), provides specialized information to District administrators and employees of the District; perform complex and technical duties related to the recruitment, selection and employment of the District’s certificated staff.

Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and three years of increasingly responsible experience in human resources.
