Stibo MDM Solution Architect

Architectural Design and Governance:

- Lead the design and implementation of Stibo STEP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements, data governance policies, and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, data models, workflows, and system documentation.
- Define and enforce MDM standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Data Modeling and Integration:
- Design and implement complex data models within Stibo STEP to support various business domains (e.g., product, customer, supplier).
- Develop and manage data integration processes between Stibo STEP and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce).
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all systems.
Solution Development and Deployment:
- Lead the development and deployment of custom Stibo STEP solutions, including workflows, business rules, data validation rules, and user interfaces.
- Configure and customize Stibo STEP modules and functionalities to meet specific business needs.

-Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:
- Monitor and analyze Stibo STEP system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Stibo STEP related issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, IT teams, and external vendors to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation and development.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining complex Stibo STEP solutions.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data governance principles.

- Experience with data migration, data quality management, and data cleansing.
