Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with deep expertise in lease accounting.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in SAP FICO, including hands-on work with RE-FX, RAR, and Leasing modules.

This role involves managing lease system processes, configuring SAP for lease management, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Leasing S/4
  
  HANA CLM module to ensure accurate and timely lease transaction processing.
• Oversee end-to-end lease system processes, resolve issues, and support monthly close activities.
• Configure and maintain SAP FICO for lease management, including custom reports and data integrity.
• Provide training and support to users on lease-related functionalities and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with departments such as ITS Lease COE and AER to address system issues and coordinate testing.
• Identify and implement process improvements in collaboration with technical teams.
• Guide and mentor process owners to ensure alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• 12+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a strong focus on lease accounting.
• Expertise in SAP modules including RE-FX, RAR, and Leasing.
• Solid understanding of lease accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical SAP requirements.
• Experience managing SAP implementation projects and delivering on time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving SAP FICO-related issues.

• Experience in blueprint preparation, system customization, and configuration for lease management.
• Familiarity with data migration activities related to lease information.
• Background in supporting day-to-day user queries and system enhancements.
