• Manage the development of software releases and timelines based on business priorities and engineering team capacity
• Identify scope and timing risks and partner with the software team to mitigate
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to report on program and release progress
• Effectively communicate execution status of initiatives and program milestone work to all stakeholders
• Coordinate with cross functional teams (software and hardware) to drive successful execution
• Negotiate on behalf of the software team scope vs timing tradeoffs
• Coordinate software backlog grooming sessions
• Partner with the software manager on sprint planning. Identify cross functional dependencies and align sprint plans accordingly
• Partner with the product manager on roadmap intake and planning

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field. Master’s degree a plus
• 4+ years experience in embedded software product development, with at least 2 years experience in embedded software engineering program management
• Engineering program management experience in the charging, electric vehicle or renewables power conversion industry is a plus
• Experience with agile software development using Jira and Confluence is required
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Proven track record with software development project planning, progress tracking, and risk management

Salary Range Irvine-Based Applicants: $121,500-$151,900 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, and other factors permitted by law).
