Insurance Management - Telematics Solutions Lead

Duration
: 6+ months

• Responsible for defining Business processes in alignment with business model
• Responsible for defining functional and non-functional requirements for applications and systems to support defined business processes in collaboration with business operations lead, analytics lead, business partners
• Actively support system development architecture, design, build, testing and implementation
• Responsible for the execution of testing activities
• Assist in day-to-day activities of development
• Act as the liaison between application support and operations team and external partners

• Minimum of 8+ years applicable experience
• 3+ year’s applicable experience in Telemetry and real time data analytics
• 5+ year’s applicable experience in Data warehouse and big data systems
• 3+ years applicable experience in Web/Mobile applications delivery
• Experience in project management. PMP certification is a plus
• Prior Experience in Telematics and Usage base Insurance model is a plus
• Successfully completed studies within computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or comparable degree. Master’s degree is a plus

• Ability to define business processes and drive business requirements elicitation process
• Knowledge of Big data and data warehouse architecture, design and implementation
• Experience in telemetry data processing, data analytics and Big data platforms such as Netezza, Cloudera and Big Insights
• Experience in SOA design and build
• Prior experience using cloud managed service providers is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
