Senior Project Manager IT; CA

Role Overview – A client of Sharp Decisions is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager.

This role is HYBRID in Raymond, OH. It is a multi‑year contract with no end date, W2 only.

• Track progress on survey builds, reporting dashboards, and integrations.
• Lead weekly working sessions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement clarifications and sprint/work-package planning.
• Monitor QA and UAT progress; follow up on defects and changes.
• Deliver weekly executive updates and program dashboards.
• Coordinate risk mitigation and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, preferably in customer experience or digital platforms.
• Experience managing vendor‑delivered technology programs.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Strong project planning, RAID management, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating UAT and structured deployment cycles.
• Proficient in Jira/Confluence or similar tools.
• Excellent executive reporting and stakeholder‑facing communication skills.
