Preferred (Technical or Functional)

• At least 5 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise or solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks.
• Strong SFDC knowledge and experience with Integration components for SFDC (Cloud integration, Cloud Security, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callouts, etc.)
• Solid technical foundation including advanced structured programming (APEX, , .Net, Java), understanding of RDMS concepts, SQL, system analysis, and design methods.
• Experience analyzing and reviewing technical architecture, proposing options, and understanding enterprise IT issues.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience developing technical strategies on the Salesforce platform, capable of creating and demonstrating solutions that meet customer needs.
• Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, defining architecture, and managing projects from an architectural perspective.
• Thorough understanding of Salesforce development, including Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force.
• Experience with the Salesforce Development Lifecycle, Deployment, Packaging using Metadata API, Change Sets, and Ant.
• Knowledge of Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security best practices.
• At least 2 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers, and mentoring teams.
• Willingness to travel as required for consulting engagements.
• Complete understanding of governor limits.
• Experience implementing SOAP and REST web services, developing Web Service classes, and WSDL generation.
• Proficiency in writing Apex Classes, Visualforce Pages, Triggers, Controllers, and using JQueries for complex business requirements.
• Fluency with SOSL, SOQL, Workflows.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Data Loader, Eclipse, SoapUI, APEX Explorer, Ant Scripts, AJAX Toolkit.
• Experience migrating customizations from Sandbox to Production, including configurations, packages, and objects.
• Customization of Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Approval Processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to change.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Platform Developer I/II or DEV 501 Certification.
• Experience with API implementation, including Enterprise and Partner WSDL.
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO).
• Java experience is a plus.
• Analytical skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of education.
• Minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
