We’re currently hiring a Level 2 IT Support Technician with a MSP background to provide dedicated, onsite technical support and build strong relationships with one of our key clients. You’ll work alongside a skilled and collaborative team that values initiative, clear communication, and continuous learning.
What You’ll Do:
• Provide remote and onsite support across multiple client environments
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and business apps
• Resolve tickets using RMM and PSA tools; document work clearly
• Manage user accounts via Active Directory and Entra (Azure AD)
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or project teams
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations
What You Bring:
• 1–5 years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP setting
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a positive, client-first mindset
• Proficiency with Windows Server, AD, M365, basic networking
• Experience with RMM/PSA platforms (e.g., Connect Wise, Datto, Ninja)
• Familiarity with tools like Intune, Duo, Sophos, Sentinel One is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
