Base pay range

Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Help Desk Specialist to provide technical support and service restoration in a dynamic, distributed IT environment. This role involves supporting PCs, Macs, mobile devices, Office 365, VOIP, VPN, video conferencing, and email systems.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Set up and support MS Office, email, and user accounts.
- Configure and image PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and other hardware.
- Provide remote support to field and traveling staff.
- Document system setups, procedures, and configurations.
- Lead IT projects such as upgrades, deployments, and integrations.
- Stay current with new technologies and assist with training documentation.
- 3-5 years IT support experience (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud apps.
- Mobile device management experience.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft NAV is a plus.
