Pay: Starting at $38.00 per hour, plus bonus opportunities

We’re seeking a hands‑on IT professional who enjoys working across servers, networks, virtualization, and Microsoft cloud services—and can support customers confidently in both Japanese and English.
Business-level Japanese is required for this position.
What You’ll Do- Design, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise networks and Windows Server environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure.
- Support Microsoft Azure, Entra , Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Provide remote and on‑site technical support to enterprise customers in Japanese and English.
- Help deliver infrastructure migrations, upgrades, deployments, and implementation projects.
- Monitor systems for availability, performance, reliability, and security.
- Document network diagrams, configurations, procedures, and support processes.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, cloud providers, and other IT teams to resolve issues and complete projects.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation and provide occasional after‑hours or weekend support for maintenance or critical incidents.
- Business‑level Japanese communication skills.
- At least 3 years of systems engineering experience and 3 years of hands‑on Azure experience
. - Experience supporting Windows Server and hybrid on‑premises and Microsoft cloud environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management tools.
- Knowledge of enterprise backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Power Shell scripting skills.
- Experience supporting multi‑site networks using Cisco, Meraki, Forti Gate, or comparable technologies.
- Familiarity with SD‑WAN, wireless networks, site‑to‑site VPNs, and remote‑access VPNs.
- Ability to commute to Torrance for the hybrid schedule, or relocate before starting.
