Account Manager - Commercial Small Business
This role focuses on servicing and managing commercial insurance accounts in the Select Business Unit. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives but lead much of the day-to-day client service independently.
Qualifications- High school diploma + 3 years of commercial insurance experience (required)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Valid Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Willing to obtain CISR, CIC, or CRM within 18 months (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AMS 360, and Image Right
- Experience running virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom)
