Position SummaryThe Commercial Lines Account Manager supports Account Executives in managing client relationships and delivering customized insurance solutions. This role ensures efficient policy servicing, renewals, and day-to-day account management while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Support Account Executives with servicing and retaining commercial clients.
- Manage policy renewals, endorsements, and coverage changes.
- Collaborate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms.
- Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
- Assist in preparing proposals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations.
- Deliver outstanding service and ensure client satisfaction.
- 5+ years in commercial lines insurance.
- Active P&C license required.
- CISR, CIC, CRM, or similar designation (or willingness to obtain within 18 months).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; AMS
360 and Image Right experience preferred. - Experience with Zoom/Teams for virtual client meetings.
