Mueller Christensen LLP is looking for a Senior Associate Attorney (5+ years) to take the helm on complex civil and probate cases — running your own matters or leading a team under a partner’s direction.

• Run your own cases from start to finish — with partner support when needed
• Lead discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Mentor and supervise junior associates on active matters
• Shape case strategy and contribute to trial prep
• Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

• Experience: 5+ years of litigation, ideally in civil and/or probate matters
• Skills: Excellent writing, analysis, and courtroom confidence
• Leadership: Experience supervising or mentoring other attorneys
• Bonus XP: Background in professional liability or insurance defense

Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. We offer a base salary of $160,000 based on 1,850 minimum billable hours, and you can earn fixed and stacking bonuses for hitting additional billing milestones above the minimum and/or team performance.
