• Maintain inventory accuracy and control of material stores including finished goods and raw materials.
• Package, stage, and ship finished goods; when necessary, expedite critical shipments.
• Assist with cycle counting.
• Responsible for the flow and movement of materials to and from the factory.
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement daily by your actions.
• Take the initiative to resolve materials‑related issues with interaction from supervisor/manager.
• Perform other tasks as needed in support of manufacturing operations, customers, and suppliers.
• Comply with all EHS rules and regulations and supervisory instructions; report all incidents including injuries, spills, fires, property damage, and near misses to your supervisor.
• Able to work with minimum or no supervision.
• Practice 5S standards and keep area clean daily.

• Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs (may not exceed per EHS policies).
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1‑year experience related to materials and/or shipping/receiving.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States; verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• This position entails access to export‑controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant’s ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

• Knowledge of ERP and/or SAP systems.
• Certified Forklift Operator Certificate.
• Ability to use electric weight scales.

The position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance (medical, dental, vision), an excellent 401(k) matching program, paid holidays and vacation. The salary range for this position is $19.00 – $24.00 per hour.
