CNC Machine Operator

Old Hickory, a leading manufacturer of commercial kitchen equipment, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing production team. We proudly build all our products in-house using precision equipment, and we're looking for someone with hands‑on experience to help us maintain our high‑quality standards.

• Operate and maintain Amada CNC machines (primarily punch press and brake press).
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to set up jobs accurately.
• Load materials and monitor machine performance throughout the production cycle.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and daily safety checks.

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience operating CNC machinery (preferably Amada).
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and part diagrams.
• Familiarity with basic tools: calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and precision.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to be part of a team that takes pride in craftsmanship.

• $25/hour starting wage, weekly pay.
