You will own production scheduling, tooling strategy, and quality standards from programming through final inspection, while mentoring staff and coordinating with engineering and EHS on safe handling of abrasive material.
The role requires 5+ years in CNC, 3+ years in a lead role, and proficiency with ESPRIT EDGE or Fusion 360.
