To perform all the various job tasks included in the production of bread and rolls.
Job Requirements:- Attends to the roll dividing equipment to straighten out the dough balls in pans or trays to meet product specifications.
- Attends to the bread rounding equipment to place dough balls into pie tins to meet product specifications.
