Job Description & How to Apply Below

Syncron is looking for a high-energy, creative Content Creator who lives and breathes social media. If you love jumping on trends, shooting content on the fly, capturing behind-the-scenes magic, and crafting content that feels real, fresh, and thumb-stopping, you're our person.

You’ll help bring the Syncron brand to life across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and beyond, working closely with our field marketing teams and influencers to showcase the athletes, ambassadors, and everyday people/consumers who inspire us.

JOB TITLE: Content Creator

REPORTS TO: National Brand Director (Beverage Division)

STATUS: Full-Time/Exempt

LOCATION: Greater Los Angeles area preferred (Orange, Riverside, or San Diego Counties);
Other metros acceptable such as Denver, CO and Phoenix, AZ.

Job Purpose

Work closely with field marketing teams, influencers, athletes, ambassadors, and everyday consumers to promote KHUS products by forecasting and executing social media trends, creating and filming content, managing social media platforms, and engaging with users.

Essential Functions
  • Create scroll-stopping, short‑form videos and photos that showcase Syncron's personality, products, and people.
  • Own day-to‑day social content creation: shooting, editing, caption writing, scheduling, and jumping into comments to engage the community.
  • Capture event, field sampling, collegiate programs, and on-the-ground content alongside our field marketing teammates, including athlete moments, Syncron Tundra activations, retail partnerships, and more.
  • Turn product benefits, performance claims, and our brand values into fun, approachable, high‑impact social stories.
  • Stay plugged into trends, sounds, formats, and creative styles that can push Syncron's content forward.
  • Support influencer and creator collaborations by sourcing clips, assisting and developing creative direction, providing products, and helping manage deliverables.
  • Break down long‑form assets into platform‑ready micro‑content for targeted platforms.
  • Track basic performance metrics and help identify what our audience is loving – and where we can level up.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of content initiatives and campaigns, and social media engagement.
  • Develop and distribute regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) content recaps as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • HS Diploma required;
    Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1‑3 years of content creation or social media experience (internships count!), CPG product/brand experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Tik Tok and Instagram.
  • Comfortable shooting high‑quality, natural content on mobile.
  • Solid editing skills (Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Rush, Adobe Suite, etc.).
  • A strong visual style and confidence directing talent (athletes, ambassadors, teammates).
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to keep captions sharp, punchy, and on‑brand.
  • Organized and adaptable – ability to balance multiple projects without losing creative energy.
  • A portfolio or examples of work that reflect range and style.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
