Pelican is looking for a Senior Web & Marketplace Content Lead to shape how our brand shows up online—across , Amazon, and beyond. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, creation, and execution of high‑impact digital content that drives traffic, conversion, and a seamless brand experience. You’ll blend creativity with operational excellence: planning homepage campaigns, optimizing PDPs, crafting best‑in‑class Amazon A+ content, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects Pelican’s premium identity.

This is the perfect role for someone who thrives on ownership, cross‑functional collaboration, and making measurable impact across direct and marketplace channels.

• Partner with the Director of Marketing to lead and eventually own Pelican’s cross‑channel content strategy across  and Amazon.
• Build and manage editorial calendars aligned with product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and promotional priorities.
• Own content across product listings, landing pages, PDPs, and campaign assets to drive organic traffic, discoverability, and conversion.
• Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual storytelling across all digital channels.
• Manage all content updates on  (Shopify/CMS).
• Own and enforce the content publishing calendar and cross‑functional alignment.
• Lead audience personalization strategies for Prosumer vs. Professional segments.
• Use A/B testing, CRO tactics, and behavioral data to improve CVR, AOV, and engagement.
• Lead all Amazon content enhancements.
• Perform Other Duties: Take on additional marketing‑related tasks as assigned to support department and company goals.

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce content strategy, DTC content management, or marketplace optimization.
• Proven ability to create content that balances SEO, UX, and storytelling.
• Expertise in Shopify and familiarity with structured/custom CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with Amazon content best practices, SEO, and A+ content.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like GA, SEMrush, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet,
