• Travel within assigned territory to provide in-home patient care

• Active RN License (Pending licenses not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Home Health RN experience
• Recent OASIS experience REQUIRED
• High-volume caseload experience REQUIRED
• Previous Home Health Travel Experience REQUIRED

• Ability to pass an OASIS competency exam

• Experience with Matrix Care EMR
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with LA County service areas
