Medi Pro is seeking a travel nurse RN CTICU

Qualifications:
- RNs with minimum of three (3) years of recent Critical Care nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution in a metropolitan city with a diverse population.
- Required
Certifications:
CA RN license, AHA BLS/ACLS, NIHSS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (must be LA City).
Responsibilities:
RNs will be providing care to patients with cardiac and thoracic disorders from the initial assessment to life-threatening illnesses, complex medical conditions, multi-system organ dysfunction, and post-surgical needs requiring continuous monitoring, advanced treatment, and end-of-life care. They will be conducting comprehensive patient assessments, managing high-acuity critical care cases, participating in cardiac resuscitations and emergency response events, administering medications and blood products, operating and monitoring advanced life-support equipment.
RNs may be floating to Progressive Care Unit (PCU)/ Step Down Unit (SDU) and/or any lower level of care as needed to care for patients who are acutely ill with a variety of medical conditions such as recovering from surgery, and have a variety of other medical needs, thereby enabling intervention of life-threatening or emergency situations.

-2. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
