Active California RN License
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS Must-Have:
- Flu Vaccination Required
- Must work every other weekend
- Floating between units is required
- Must work 3 out of 5 holidays
Description:
Supervisory or higher references are required at the time of submission. Experience working in an Emergency Department is required. You may be required to work a 7th shift if census increases, with advance notice. No scheduling requests can be accommodated. Must have a maximum of 10 days of requested time off. No requested time off is allowed within the first 2 weeks of assignment.
Patient age groups include neonates, infants, children, adults, and geriatrics. The daily census is between 187 and 300 patients. The unit includes interdisciplinary support such as IV teams, respiratory services, and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses include pediatric, adult, geriatric, STEMI, and comprehensive stroke. Special procedures performed in this unit may include ICP placement. Traveler candidates should be flexible in scheduling. Any license or background hits must be disclosed in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
All hits must be completely resolved prior to submission.
