- High school diploma or GED; BS in Microbiology, Food Science, Biology, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing or related fields.
- Knowledge of food QA/C laboratory methods, HACCP, SQF, BRC, GFSI standards, GMP, and food regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and bilingual ability (English/Spanish preferred).
- Ability to work independently, manage projects, and work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and willing to work flexible hours.

Compensation Range: $24.00-$36.00 per hour
