Kitchen Prep Associate - Barista and Apps at Din Tai Fung North America

Location:

21540 Hawthorne Blvd, Unit 519, Torrance, CA 90503 (Del Amo Fashion Center)

Compensation: $20.50 per hour

Note:

This Barista / Expo position is a Back of House (Kitchen) role. The position is responsible for making drinks in the Boba station, plating appetizers in the Side Station, and packing takeout orders in the Packing station according to established recipes and SOPs. It also includes cleaning and maintaining all three stations, taking regular inventory, and restocking necessary items.

• Make all drinks in the Boba station.
• Plate all appetizer items in the Side Station.
• Pack takeout orders in the Packing station per Din Tai Fung SOPs.
• Clean and maintain all three stations; take regular inventory and restock items as needed.

• Experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and able to work legally in the United States.
