As a Sales Specialist in a Lucid Studio, you guide customers on their journey with Lucid as the main point of contact from sales, through transaction facilitation, to delivery. This role ensures a seamless, personalized customer experience for achievement‑oriented individuals with strong relational skills.

Responsibilities- Needs Assessment:
Effectively gauge customer needs through personalized interactions. - Product Expertise:
Leverage in‑depth knowledge of Lucid products to offer tailored solutions. - Competitive Landscape:
Understand competitor models, pricing, and packages to educate customers on Lucid advantages. - Customer Relationships:
Build and nurture relationships to foster brand loyalty. - CRM and Pipeline:
Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain a robust sales pipeline. - Performance and Delivery:
Meet/exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences, including conducting test drives and articulating selling points. - Transaction Facilitation (Desking):
Manage end‑to‑end order to delivery processes, assist with financing/leasing applications, monitor status and vehicle readiness, and facilitate payment at signing. - Delivery Support:
Guide customers through ordering and financing processes to ensure a smooth purchase experience. - Operations Support:
Coordinate with Lucid Financial Service and Delivery teams as needed. - Communication & Presentation:
Maintain clear, regular communication and actively listen to provide helpful solutions.
- 2+ years in a commission‑based sales environment with experience building and managing a pipeline.
- Retail automotive sales and desking experience preferred.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays in a retail setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and retail systems.
- Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals.
- Curiosity and passion for electric vehicles and the premium vehicle market.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and active listening ability.
- Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
- Strong time management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate customer test drives and travel as needed for events.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Physical capacity to stand for extended periods and perform job tasks; valid driver’s license with a clean record; ability to obtain state DMV licensing where applicable.
Base Pay Range (hourly): $28 - $35 USD
